Grilled Sea Bass

Fish on the Persian grill is a northern tradition, from the Caspian coast where rice paddies meet the sea. Our whole sea bass is scored, brushed with saffron butter and grilled until the skin crisps and the flesh turns delicate and sweet.

It comes with fluffy rice and a fresh salad — and pairs beautifully with a side of Shirazi salad and warm flatbread. Light, elegant, and a lovely alternative to the meat kebabs.
